Aqara partnered with the My Workspace branch at Jiangnan Station, providing the Aqara B2B IoT Application Platform for smart device management and operations. Covering over 2,000 Aqara smart devices, the Aqara Graph (Data Visualization Platform) enabled comprehensive control and monitoring of smart devices, automations, and scenes. Additionally, Aqara implemented API interfaces to integrate its system with the My Workspace reservation platform, allowing end-users to book specific areas and enabling the automated operation of smart devices within those spaces.

Since its establishment in 2015, MY WORKSPACE has helped over 3,500 clients overcome workspace challenges, providing support from startup phases to customized offices and corporate buildings during their business expansion.
The MY WORKSPACE branch at Jiangnan Station on Teheran-Ro offers spacious and comfortable shared lounges, fully-equipped meeting rooms that can accommodate 6 to 8 people, private phone booths for focused calls, and booth seating for casual conversations or team collaboration. The facilities cover a total area of 3300 square meters and is equipped with over 1000 smart devices.
MY WORKSPACE has simplified processes and enhanced user convenience by integrating smart office solutions for a better experience.
Aqara Solution for MY WORKSPACE Project
Aqara mainly provided smart light control, curtain control and HVAC control for the MY WORKSPACE based on Aqara’s B2B platform. MY WORKSPACE can monitor and control the device/automation/scene on the Aqara Graph (Data visualization platform). They installed over 2000 Aqara smart devices to improve the efficiency and comfort of their working spaces.
