Benefits
We will provide the Aqara Authorized Resellers and retailers with the following benefits:
a. Access to official Aqara Marketing assets: High-definition pictures of the Aqara logo & products & lifestyle pictures, one-pager, marketing text & copyrighted POS material design, marketing videos, leaflet design, etc.
b. Technical and sales training through webinars and official product training documents.
c. get the chance to be listed on the Aqara website’s “where to buy” page to refer new customers to your store.
d. dedicated marketing campaign together with Aqara distributors, including but not limited to product launches, sales promotions, and priority to have the product delivered from Aqara Distributors.
e. Opportunity to obtain technical support directly from the Aqara team
f. Approved applicants will be registered into the Aqara company system.
Unauthorized partners will not be offered the benefits above.
Basic criteria
a. A working and professionally maintained website.
b. Web page/shelf dedicated to Aqara products.
c. A physical company with a physical business address.
Responsibilities
Aqara Authorized Resellers and Retailers agree to the following
a. comply with local Aqara MSRP and not maliciously apply market price.
b. Maintain accurate Aqara product information on the (virtual) shelves.
c. business scope can only be the territory/scope agreed on in the contract between Aqara and Aqara Authorized Distributor.
d. Acknowledge that commercial term information from Aqara distributors is strictly confidential.
e. offer after-sales service and technical support to the customers
Procedures of
Authorization
- The Authorized Reseller and Retailer Program will be managed by Aqara in association with Aqara Distributors.
- Complete and submit the application form and send it to overseas@aqara.com for approval.
- If the applicant currently purchases Aqara products through an Aqara distributor, the Aqara distributor will forward the applicant's info to the Aqara sales representative or send it for approval.
- After your application has been reviewed per our reseller and distribution policies, we will contact you in 5 working days.
Aqara maintains the right to disqualify authorized partners and modify, suspend, or discontinue the program. Distributors, Authorized Resellers, and retailers will be notified of any changes to the program.

당사는 아카라 공인 리셀러 및 리테일러에 다음과 같은 혜택을 제공합니다.
a. 아카라 공식 마케팅 재산에 대한 액세스: 아카라 로고 및 제품, 라이프스타일 사진, 원페이지(one-pager), 마케팅 텍스트 및 저작권이 있는 POS 자료 디자인, 마케팅 동영상, 리플렛 디자인 등의 고화질 사진.
b. 웨비나 및 공식 제품 교육 문서를 통해 기술 및 영업 교육을 제공합니다.
c. 아카라 웹사이트의 ‘구매처’ 페이지에 등록되어 신규 고객 유치의 기회를 얻을 수 있습니다.
d.제품 출시, 판매 프로모션, 아카라 유통업체로부터 제품 배송 우선권을 포함하되 이에 국한되지 않는 아카라 유통업체와 함께 하는 전용 마케팅 캠페인.
e.아카라 팀으로부터 직접 기술 지원을 받을 수 있는 기회.
f. 이 프로그램을 통해 새로 등록 및 승인된 공인 리셀러 및 리테일러는 아카라의 지원을 받아 첫 구매 시 총판으로부터 5~10% 할인을 받을 수 있습니다.
g.승인된 지원자는 아카라 회사 시스템에 등록됩니다.
승인되지 않은 업체에게는 위의 혜택이 제공되지 않습니다.
기본 요건
a. 정상적으로 운영 및 관리되는 웹사이트
b. 아카라 제품 전용 웹페이지/선반
c. 실제 사업장 주소를 가진 물리적 회사
책임
아카라 공인 리셀러 및 리테일러는 다음 사항에 동의합니다.
a. 아카라MSRP를 준수하고 악의적으로 시장 가격을 적용하지 않습니다.
b. (가상) 진열대에 정확한 Aqara 제품 정보를 유지합니다.
c. 사업 범위는 아카라와 아카라 공인 판매업체 간의 계약에서 합의된 지역/범위 내에서만가능합니다.
d. 아카라 대리점의 상업적 용어 정보는 엄격한 기밀임을 인정합니다.
e. 고객에게 A/S 및 기술 지원을 제공합니다.
승인 절차
- 공인 리셀러 및 리테일러 프로그램은 아카라와 아카라 유통업체가 협력하여 관리됩니다.
- 신청서를 작성하여 제출하고 overseas@aqara.com으로 보내주시면 승인을 받을 수 있습니다.
- 신청자가 현재 아카라 유통업체를 통해 아카라 제품을 구매하고 있는 경우, 아카라 유통업체는 신청자의 정보를 아카라 영업 담당자에게 전달하거나 승인을 위해 해당 정보를 전송합니다.
- 리셀러 및 유통 정책에 따라 신청서를 검토한 후 영업일 기준 5일 이내에 연락을 드립니다.
아카라는 공인 파트너의 자격을 박탈하고 프로그램을 수정, 일시중단 또는 중단할 수 있는 권리를 보유합니다. 총판, 공인 리셀러 및 리테일러는 프로그램 변경 사항을 통보받게 됩니다.
